One of the greatest challenges faced by many professions today is obtaining reliable and efficient secretarial staff. DigiSec is run by Cathy Warner and Clare Clark, who with over 33 years combined legal secretarial experience between them have the first hand experience to understand the need for fast and accurate typing skills in order to meet deadlines and the obvious implications in respect of late filing of statements and reports to the Courts and the effect thereof.

Clare Clark

Clare worked as a legal secretary and PA for over 12 years. In 2004 she decided on a change of direction and since this time has worked as a highly successful Virtual Assistant, working with a number of clients including solicitors, barristers and authors. In 2006 Clare joined forces with Cathy, to combine both their skills and knowledge in DigiSec.

Transcriptionists

We are extremely proud of our team of transcriptionists who are all highly experienced secretaries. In this competitive market, we have to be able to offer our clients a high quality service, and we recognise that our transcriptionists are at the core of this, therefore we ensure all our transcriptionists have at least five years secretarial experience and have typing speeds of at least 75WPM. For our clients peace of mind, all transcriptionists sign a full confidentiality agreement and we ensure they receive full digital transcription training before they begin work on clients files.
